Prices
These include all expenses as outlined in the itineraries, brochures or website.

Transportation
Transport, transfers, excursions and tours are offered as per your preference and are always on private basis. Our fleet include, 4X4 safari Land cruisers, premium tourist trucks, passenger vans, suvs etc. In some tours, cruises, Yachts and boats are shared with other travelers. Flights are offered as per class booked and airline selected. On request we offer private charter as well.

Bookings
Once a booking is confirmed, we will request for some documents, room configurations, payment deposit and other information. Any delay in providing any of the requested information may result to changes to on your package cost, availability and flexibility.

Payment terms
All our packages are payable 100% 14 days before travel date.
For confirmation we require a 50% deposit upfront but this may vary depending on the destination and the season.

Package amendments
Anamac Global Holidays works with your preferences to create an itinerary you will enjoy.
However, any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect some items in your package. When this happens, we take no liability but will do our best to ensure your safety and comfort are prioritized.Cancellation
In case a booking is cancelled the following cancellation fees shall apply.

• No show 100%
• 1 – 7 days 75%
• 7 -14 days 50%
• Above 14 days 25%

The specific hotels and airlines cancellation policies will also apply.

Liability
The company liability to passengers carried in vehicles for transfer, excursions and tours is governed by the laws of Kenya and all claims are subject to the courts of Kenya. Whilst every care is taken, the company shall not be held liable for loss or damage to personal property and clients are advised to arrange relevant travel insurance.

Sub contract
Anamac Global Holidays is a third-party supplier, we work with hotels, airlines and ground handlers to package a holiday option for you. We evaluate who we work with to maintain our brand value. We however are not liable for the condition of some items example the flight used and the maintenance of hotel facilities.

Visas
Once visas are applied the cost is non-refundable. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the immigration officers. Anamac Global Holidays can only assist with documentation and application but cannot guarantee any approval. We take no liability for any inconvenience caused by a delay or denial of a visa.

Flights
Ensure you have all the required documents for the country you are visiting before issuance of your ticket. Ensure your names, destination, dates and carrier are correct before issuance of the tickets.

Any changes, amendments and cancellations of your ticket after issuance will be handled as per the airline regulations and applicable policy.
